Hi, My name is Ali. I am a life coach & natural-born healer. As a life coach and energy healer I have a strong belief that the main reason for us to be stuck in any part of our life is simply because we don't know where the root cause of the issue is, the root cause that leads us to be stuck in our life, career, relationships, physical health and many more is the Mind.

 

Knowing the mind and its functions will give you the understanding of why you are stuck at some level in your life and why you keep repeating the same cycle over and over again, It is as if, you are playing a game and you are stuck in level 5 for years and don't know how to move up to level 6. Level 6 could be anything in your life. It could be levelling up in your romantic relationship, friendship, career, business, income, physical health, mental health, spiritual goals and almost everything else. Why mind? Simply because we use our mind to function daily. If we are stuck, it means something is wrong in the mind, normally a deep fear from our childhood trauma or a limited belief. Energy healing is a good way to faciliate the way for you to go through your healing journey and heal yourself once for a life time.

My Healing Method

As a natural-born healer, I've never undergone formal training or adopted specific techniques. When it comes to healing, I simply tap into my innate abilities, connecting with my inner healer to channel powerful healing energy to you.

When it comes to choosing what you want to heal from, I highly recommend allowing the higher source to guide your decision-making. Focus on healing the wounds you truly need to address rather than solely what you want to be healed. Healing energy originates from higher sources, which inherently understand what's best for you. So, my advice is to trust in their wisdom and let them determine your needs.

Of course, you can also suggest something for me to focus on. However, even if you prefer to select your healing subject, I would still recommend considering working on trauma, fear, limiting beliefs, or reducing mental resistance. Remain open to the possibility that they might choose something else for you because that's likely what you need the most.

The results you experience and the feelings you encounter during and after healing can be entirely different from what you expected or have heard. Therefore, it's crucial to approach a healing session with complete openness and without specific expectations. Throughout the healing process, you may encounter various emotions and sensations. You might feel deeply relaxed, perhaps even drifting off to sleep. You may also feel the urge to cry or experience heightened emotional states.

After the healing session, you might experience a range of different feelings and results. You may feel deeply sleepy or surprisingly energized. You might notice fears and traumas resurfacing, or you may sense a reduction in mental resistance, enabling you to address limiting beliefs. Additionally, you might find that previous ailments have diminished.

Regardless of how you feel afterward or what you experienced during the session, it's important to understand that every feeling, whether positive or negative, is part of your healing journey. I want you to trust in this process and simply go with it.
